This is my first Made It Monday and I am so excited to be linking up to see all the awesome things everyone has made. I have some things from last spring and summer as well as recent creations I am going to be posting on Mondays.
This week in honor of football season I am adding a picture of my burlap UGA football door hanger. I have also made an Auburn and an Alabama football for different members of my family - we are seriously divided!
These are super easy to make. This door hanger I painted brown and then added the lettering. For the Auburn and Alabama footballs (I can't seem to find a picture of those) I found really dark brown burlap and just painted polka dots and the letters. After all the paint was dry I sprayed the footballs with a clear sealant to help protect it from the weather. My porch is very deep so I don't have to worry about rain. My brother's porch is not as deep but he said his has held up all year!
